NOTE FROM THE COMPOSER

This work was written "for those who work tirelessly day in and day out to educate, uplift, and improve the lives of others through the musical art."  Writing for soprano/alto voicing is one of my favorite mediums - the possibilities of sonority are so incredible - no matter whether it i s unaccompanied or with instruments. This work demonstrates lyricism, motivated underpinning, and a positive text that could be daily "practiced" by all humankind.
