Z. Randall Stroope, composer

Sara Teasdale (1884-1933), American poetess and lyricist. Born in St. Louis, her major poetic themes were love, death, and nature’s beauty. In 1918, she won the Columbia University Poetry Prize (forerunner of the Pulitzer Prize).
